Ekygard+ is a nutritional supplement from Audevard, designed to support your horse's gastric (stomach) & digestion needs.
Stress & exercise can lead to the sensitive lining of your horse's stomach (the mucosa), being affected by the acidity of the stomach. This may affect the horse's capacity to absorb food, their performance & overall quality of life.
Ekygard has been formulated to care for your horse's stomach.
It contains a number of ingredients (pectin, lecithin, alginate, psyllium & bentonite clay), which act to protect the stomach wall. Lithothamnion is also in Ekygard & it has natural acid-buffering properties, as well as being rich in trace-elements, such as iodine, copper, iron, manganese, cobalt & zinc.
Yea Sacc 1026, a probiotic, has been shown in studies to significantly increase the levels of "good" bacteria in a horses stomach microflors, whilst decreasing the levels of "bad" bacteria.
Prebiotics, aloe vera & Althea officialis, are also beneficial for overall stomach health. Fenugreek, is also added, which improves appetite in horses.
Feeding Instructions- Adult horses: Give 40g twice daily
Foals: Give 20g twice daily
2.4kgs will last an adult horse for 30 days or a foal for 60 days
6kgs will last an adult horse for 75 days or a foal for 150 days

Small, light parcels are delivered by Royal Mail.
Larger, heavier parcels are delivered by a courier service that required a signature.
Premium next day delivery is available on selected products but we must receive the order by 12pm. If ordered after 12pm, this delivery will be a 1-2 service. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday with the premium next day service.
If you require your order more urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us. We may be able to offer a more premium courier service, including delivery on a Saturday, for an additional fee.
The dispatch time for each item may differ, due to stock levels or delayed supply, but our aim is to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
Instructions for delivery drivers can be left in the “Delivery Instructions” box at checkout. Please leave instructions so that your delivery driver can find your house easily.
Certain postcodes in Scotland and some offshore addresses do incur a delivery surcharge with our courier and may have a longer delivery service. We apologise if you are affected by this and appreciate your understanding.
