Sales & Customer Service Advisor

We are offering the perfect opportunity for a customer service superstar to combine their love for all things equestrian with their career.

The ideal candidate would be articulate, enthusiastic and reliable with some experience in customer service and sales and an ability to multi task. We are looking for someone who cares and wants to make a positive difference in the Equine world - a passion for horses is essential!

This role will primarily involve customer communications by telephone and email; offering product advice, assisting with enquiries and processing sales orders. IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required.

This is a full time position and offers a competitive salary with staff discounts on our range and veterinary care.

Equine VN &/or SQP

An exciting and unique opportunity for a VN or SQP to join our team in Warfield, Berkshire. We offer a good work-life balance and plenty of opportunities for career development and progression.

The ideal candidate would be an organised, happy and enthusiastic team player with some experience in Equine practice. A willingness to work in all areas of a veterinary pharmacy and ensure it functions efficiently is essential. Key responsibilities would include working with the vet team to perform prescription validation checks, customer care and advice, stock management, and new product research.

Dispatch Assistant

We have a vacancy in our lovely dispatch team in Warfield, Berkshire and we're looking for an enthusiastic person to help pick, pack and process orders.

The ideal candidate would be diligent, reliable and hard-working with a keen eye for detail. Relevant experience is useful but the right attitude is more important, as we will provide training for the successful candidate.

This is a physical role involving some heavy lifting. It may also include some general administrative tasks, so basic computer literacy and a flexible attitude to work is required.
