Zylkène is a product that can help support dogs and cats in situations where they find they need to adapt their behaviour to cope. These include kennel and cattery stays, house moves, arrival of a new pet or baby, sudden noises e.g. fireworks, travel, vet or groomer visits and Christmas festivities. There are many ways our pets can respond to new and unpredictable situations and not all animals respond in the same way.

Zylkène is palatable and easy to give; simply mix with food or give as a treat. Give just once a day. Zylkène is preservative and lactose free.

Zylkène is a complementary feed for cats and dogs which contains a natural product, derived from casein, a protein in milk. It is a molecule well known to promote the relaxation of newborns after breastfeeding.

Ideally Zylkène supplementation should be started a few days before required, for example before the fireworks season begins or before a kennel or cattery stay.


Feeding Instructions

Zylkène 75mg for cats & small dogs- Up to 5kg give 1 capsule per day

Zylkène 75mg for cats & small dogs- 5-10 kg give 2 capsules per day

Zylkène 225mg for medium dogs- 10-15kg give 1 capsule per day

Zylkène 225mg for medium dogs- 15-30kg give 2 capsules per day

Zylkène 450mg for large dogs- 15-30kg give 1 capsule per day

Zylkène 450mg for large dogs- 30-60kg give 2 capsules per day

Small, light parcels are delivered by Royal Mail.

Larger, heavier parcels are delivered by a courier service that required a signature.

Premium next day delivery is available on selected products but we must receive the order by 12pm. If ordered after 12pm, this delivery will be a 1-2 service. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday with the premium next day service.

If you require your order more urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us. We may be able to offer a more premium courier service, including delivery on a Saturday, for an additional fee.

The dispatch time for each item may differ, due to stock levels or delayed supply, but our aim is to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Instructions for delivery drivers can be left in the “Delivery Instructions” box at checkout. Please leave instructions so that your delivery driver can find your house easily.

Certain postcodes in Scotland and some offshore addresses do incur a delivery surcharge with our courier and may have a longer delivery service. We apologise if you are affected by this and appreciate your understanding.
